An important step toward growth and healing is to pursue connection with others who can offer support, guidance, and encouragement. As part of my growth journey, I have spent time each day pursuing the knowledge and wisdom of others who have learned to overcome the challenges they have faced. I highly recommend that you spend time each day reading, watching videos, listening to podcasts, meeting with people, journaling, and praying.
